Shipping Policy

We only ship Monday through Wednesday in order to preserve freshness, and avoid product being in transit through the weekend.

We ship the Pizza frozen, using dry ice and/or freezer packs in insulated boxes. It should arrive frozen, or cold to the touch. However, because the pizza is vacuum packed, it will not spoil even at room temperature.  Avoid skin contact with dry ice, as it will burn your skin upon contact. The gelpacks contain FDA approved material. In case some moisture or gel material sould touch the product, simply wipe it off the packaging foil with a clean towel before opening, or placing it in the freezer.

Bread does not require temperature control. For this reason, it ships in a regular box.
